Bernadette Maue - “Bernie”

Bernie Maue has been the Office Manager/Bookkeeper for Ram Construction since 2001. Bernie works in all areas of Accounting, Personnel and Administration.

Prior to Ram Construction, Bernie worked as an Accounting Manager, Contract Administrator and Payroll Manager for HVAC, Roofing and Paving Contractors, Construction Managers and General Contractors.
With over 22 years of experience in Construction she has worked with several different types of Construction Software.

Bernie is married to Rolf Maue, who is a U.S. Air Force retiree. She has two children, her daughter Tara is a nurse and her son Michael is making his career in the Air Force. She has a granddaughter and two grandsons. In her free time, Bernie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Bobby Lundsten

Bobby Lundsten joined Ram Enterprises in 2005. He is currently the Project Manager and Estimator. He contributes over 33 years of experience in Commercial and Residential building. Prior to coming to Ram Enterprises, he has worked the East Coast extensively from Key West, Miami Florida to New York City. Mr. Lundsten’s construction work has been featured on the Discovery Channel & Home and Garden TV. He also has worked at length with Banyan Productions Inc, of Philadelphia, PA in the development and production of construction television shows.

Bobby is married to Ann Marie and have one son Brandon. They currently reside in Souderton, PA.

 

Steve Oltman

Steve Oltman has been with Ram Construction since April 2005. He came on board with a background in welding, architecture from Temple and Drexel Universities and structural and pre-engineered steel experience. Steve also has 16 years of experience as a sales manager in the metal building industry and over 18 years in construction sales and estimating.

As Ram’s Sales Manager his, duties include overseeing general sales, marketing, design and estimating of the pre-engineered metal buildings that are sold and erected by Ram.

Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 grown children, wood working, canoeing and fresh water fishing.

Nicole Martino

Nicole joined Ram Construction right after graduating high school in 2002. She started out on a part-time basis as a clerk/receptionist and is now working full time as Administrative Assistant to all of the office personnel.

Nicole is currently a full time student at Kaplan College studying to become a paralegal.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
